Day 1 - Split - Pučišća (Brač)
Transfer from the Split airport to Split harbor. Check-in from 11 a.m. onwards. Meet the crew and enjoy a welcome cocktail while we set sail for the first island on the route - Brač, the largest island in Dalmatia, known for the precious white stone used in famous buildings like the White House, Diocletian’s Palace, and the Budapest Parliament to name a few. The village of Pučišća has always been known for its culture of stone masonry. The harmony and homogeneousness of the plebeian houses, the Renaissance palaces, and Baroque buildings made from this special white stone, leave every visitor breathless. Visit the stone masonry workshop, one of the few left in Europe. Dinner on board and overnight in Pučišća. (D)
Day 2 - Pučišća - Korčula
In the morning, after breakfast, cruise towards the Island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route. Early afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town and its fortified walls. This island treasures many legends, myths and tales. Discover Korčula, through a magic chest of traditions while wandering along the herringbone pattern streets. The town has an abundant choice of restaurants offering an awesome gastronomical experience and boasts numerous bars and clubs for evening entertainment. Overnight in Korčula. (B, L)
Day 3 - Korčula - Mljet
Morning cruise further south towards the Island of Mljet, one of the greenest of the Adriatic. The legend says, Greek hero, Odysseus, was captured by the nymph, Calypso, and spent years with her in the cave right here, on Mljet. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St. Mary Isle where you will visit the ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating from the 12th century. Mljet is a quiet and protected area, bask in its serenity, and relax your senses. It is home to many endemic plant species and has a rich cultural heritage. There are many options for different activities - rent a bike or kayak and explore. Overnight in Pomena or Polača port. (B, L)
Day 4 - Mljet - Lastovo
After breakfast, depart towards Lastovo, the largest island of the archipelago with the same name. Lastovo was a former military base for the Yugoslavian Army and, therefore, closed for tourism until 1989. That is one of the reasons why the island has kept its natural wooded beauty and sense of isolation. The central town of the island is located inland, which is quite unusual for these islands, because the inhabitants had to hide from the pirates who tried to conquer this island many times in the past. After lunch on board, there will be a transfer to Lastovo town, a very picturesque place with old stone houses set on a slope. Wine tasting at the local winery. Overnight in the port. (B, L, T)
Day 5 - Lastovo - Vis (Blue Cave)
Today’s destination is the island of Vis, lately known as the filming location of Mamma Mia 2. Visit the small island of Biševo and its famous Blue Cave, a splendorous and unique geomorphological natural wonder. The visit will depend on weather and tide conditions. Enjoy the lunch on board as the vessel approaches Vis. Take time to explore the main filming locations around the island - Vis harbor, the Barjoška bay, the market, Barjaci - where the big Abba performance was filmed and many, many others. Possible to rent scooters or cars to visit the rest of the island on your own. Plenty of beautiful sights and dining places to discover in the evening. Overnight in Vis. (B, L)
Day 6 - Vis - Hvar - Stari Grad
Morning departure towards Hvar, the sunniest Adriatic Island and the jet-set destination. Upon arrival, there will be time to explore Hvar, walk through the smooth stone streets, check out the oldest communal theater in Europe (set above the “Arsenal” at the local square), or just take a cup of coffee at one of many terraces and feel the vibe. A bus will be ready for the next excursion with lunch to Stari Grad, the oldest town in Croatia! The first settlers were the Greeks from the island Paros in the Aegean Sea, who established the colony in the year 384 BC and named the town Pharos. Learn more on a guided tour. Day 7 - Stari Grad - Bol (Brač) - Split
Wake up early to admire the sunrise while enjoying the hearty breakfast. Relax on the sundeck and enjoy a swim stop at the most famous beach in Dalmatia - Zlatni Rat, near Bol, whose shingle promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly cause the shape to change. After lunch, as the cruise continues towards Split, enjoy the unbelievable views of the surrounding seas and the amazing Split Riviera. Upon arrival, join the guided city tour. A dynamic port city with a medieval Old Town built around the 1,700 year-old Diocletian’s Palace, Split bustles with modern life amid its ancient Roman setting. Cafés, restaurants, and galleries fill the white stone alleyways, the waterfront, and the Marjan peninsula. This is Croatia’s second-largest city and one of the Mediterranean’s most compelling. Day 8 - Split
Gather for one last breakfast at the vessel, followed by goodbyes and check out by 9 a.m. Transfer to the airport. (B)
