Day 3 - Mljet - Makarska

This village is home to the world-famous white stone of Brač and you can visit one of the few stone masonry workshops left in Europe. Afterward, cruise towards Split and arrive in the afternoon. Split, the capital of Dalmatia, is a lively city with much to see and do. We recommend you join a guided tour to learn more about this town’s uniqueness and why it is under UNESCO protection. The next destination is Hvar, the longest island in the Adriatic and the sunniest in Croatia. While on the guided tour, visit the magnificent Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, the oldest community theater in Europe, and other sites. Hvar offers plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, and clubs to enjoy late into the night. (B, L)
